Adam Michaelis
Vice President of Hyperscale Engineering
Adam serves as Vice President of Hyperscale Engineering at PointOne, where he drives the design and implementation of advanced engineering solutions for hyperscale data center projects. With a focus on meeting client’s ever changing technical needs, Adam plays a pivotal role in shaping the engineering strategies that support PointOne’s growth and innovation in the data center industry. His technical expertise and mechanical engineering background ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge infrastructure for PointOne’s clients. Prior to PointOne, Adam was a Vice President of Hyperscale Engineering at STACK Infrastructure, where he oversaw client technical solutions for many of their hyperscale clients within their North America portfolio. Adam is a licensed engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University. In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors with his family in his native Pacific Northwest.

Colin Clish
President
As President, Colin directs and manages PointOne’s strategic vision, scaled growth and development opportunities, and leads real estate execution across our portfolio. Colin draws on nearly 22 years of diversified commercial real estate experience managing the entire development process from project conception through leasing and asset sales. He is passionate about bridging traditional commercial real estate development models with the unique needs of digital infrastructure development. Prior to co-founding PointOne, Colin owned his own commercial real estate development company following a tenure at Remington Development Corporation. Throughout his career, Colin has over $325 million in asset sales of investment grade commercial real estate and has developed over 1,000-acres of land. Colin holds a diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia. Outside of the office, Colin is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and time at his cabin with family.

Dan Ephraim
Vice President of Sales & Leasing
Dan is the Vice President of Sales and Leasing at PointOne, where he leads the company’s commercial go-to-market strategy. Dan draws on over 15 years of sales leadership experience in the data center and cloud sectors to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving demands of hyperscale, GPU Cloud, and AI clients. His leadership drives PointOne’s efforts to expand its market presence and forge strategic partnerships. Prior to PointOne, Dan played a leadership role in DataBank’s successful entry into the hyperscale sector and served as Regional Director of Sales and Leasing at STACK Infrastructure. Throughout his career, Dan has held various leadership positions at Digital Realty Trust, Logicworks, Globix Corporation (now QTS Realty Trust), and Tier1 Research (now S&P Global). Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communications from The College of Wooster (OH) and an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. During his free time, Dan enjoys spending time on his sailboat and with his two children.

Devin Cleaver
Senior Director of Development
As a Director of Development, Devin oversees all phases of the development process, from site selection and feasibility studies through infrastructure planning and execution. He oversees master planning, earthworks, and site design while coordinating with local municipalities, technical consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. With nearly 10-years of experience in large-scale land development, he specializes in managing complex projects and advancing site readiness, contributing to the growth of PointOne’s expanding portfolio. Devin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University and a diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia. Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with his family and weekend trips to the Rocky Mountains.

Devin Donnelly
Chief Financial Officer
As our Chief Financial Officer, Devin is responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy and contributing to our strategic growth and operational efficiency. Devin brings nearly 15 years of data center investment experience that aids him in driving investment decisions, financial planning and analysis, risk management, operations finance, financial reporting and accounting. He plays a key role in managing our relationships with owners and financial partners which ensures financial stability and growth for PointOne. Prior to PointOne, Devin was the Head of Asset Management at IPI Partners, where he was an early-stage employee helping build the STACK Infrastructure platform. Prior to that role, he was the Vice President of Strategic Planning & Investments at QTS Data Centers and Vice President of Global REIT’s at Brookfield Investment Management. Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of the office, Devin can be found chasing his three young sons around Chicago.

Don Miller
Vice President of Construction
Serving as PointOne’s Vice President of Construction, Don oversees the execution of large-scale data center construction projects. With 28 years of experience in preconstruction and construction services, Don has successfully led over $5 billion in Mission Critical projects for major clients across various industries. His expertise ensures that PointOne’s data center developments are delivered with precision and excellence, meeting the complex needs of our clients. Previously, Don was a leading general contractor in the data center industry after earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He also holds a M.S. In Construction Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is an Accredited Tier Specialist with the Uptime Institute, a LEED Accredited Professional, and has been an active member of the 7×24 Exchange DC Chapter Board of Directors, serving as Chair of their education committee for 20 years. Additionally, Don is committed to fostering the next generation of professionals as a mentor in the ACE Mentoring Program. Don currently resides in Northern Virginia and enjoys spending time with his family and training his hunting dogs.

Don Pollard
Vice President of Portfolio Development
As the VP of Portfolio Development, Don manages initial site acquisition work including landowner and municipal engagement, project management, and technical development coordination. Don utilizes his diversified commercial real estate experience to engage with all stakeholders and communicate the strategic goals for our projects and broader portfolio. Over Don’s multi-decade career in commercial real estate development, he has been involved in the development of hundreds of diverse commercial real estate projects across the United States. Don spent 19 years with Simon Property Group and participated in the development and redevelopment of more than 245 million square feet of commercial projects. He received his B.S. in Business from Christopher Newport College of the College of William & Mary. Don is a native of Virginia Beach, where he currently resides and enjoys spending time on the water.

Kelsey Fehr
Director of Corporate Development
As Director of Corporate Development at PointOne, Kelsey is responsible for crafting and executing strategic growth plans that align with the company’s vision and business objectives. She focuses on enhancing corporate branding and managing stakeholder relations, ensuring clear and effective communication with both internal and external audiences. Kelsey plays a vital role in driving the success of PointOne’s portfolio by fostering collaboration and cross-functional alignment that supports our growth and innovation. Kelsey joined PointOne following her graduation from the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta, from which she holds a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Business Economics and Business Law. In her spare time, you can find her on the hunt for the perfect coffee shop or restaurant.

Kris Keeney
Chief Legal Officer & SVP
Kris serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President at PointOne, where he establishes and implements the strategic direction for all legal and corporate governance matters. With over 25 years of legal experience, including 20 years running his own successful business law practice, Kris brings a wealth of knowledge in technology, telecommunications, software, and intellectual property. He is adept at managing a wide range of business law transactions, ensuring that PointOne navigates legal complexities effectively and aligns with industry regulations. Kris started his law practice with the international firm Hunton Andrews Kurth in Structured Finance and Asset-Backed Securitization before launching his own business law firm, Digitalaw. He received his B.S. and Masters degree (taxation) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and his J.D. from Boston College. Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with his family, coaching football, playing guitar, and riding his motorcycle.

Nicole Woodard
Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager at PointOne, Nicole Woodard leads complex data center projects from preconstruction through final delivery, managing budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Before joining PointOne, she served as a Project Executive overseeing mission-critical projects for Fortune 500 clients. Notably, Nicole lead the delivery of pharmaceutical laboratory facilities that supported the launch of a globally adopted therapy for diabetes and weight management—meeting strict regulatory standards while setting a new benchmark for quality and accountability. Nicole thrives on the pace and complexity of data center development, bringing energy and resilience to every project. She values the opportunity to work closely with leadership and takes pride in turning collective effort into state-of-the-art facilities.

Shahin Shafiei
Director of Strategic Finance & Investments
Shahin is Director of Strategic Finance & Investments at PointOne Data Centers, where he leads investment strategy, capital markets, FP&A, and budgeting for hyperscale campuses. He brings +10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, credit investing, and corporate finance, with a proven track record in capital raising and structuring transactions across data centers, real estate, and credit products. Before joining PointOne, Shahin led a team at Flexport Capital that deployed +$1 billion in working capital financing for importers globally and previously executed +$1.5 billion in acquisitions and financings at IPI Partners, spanning stabilized data centers, platform investments, and build-to-suit developments. Today, he focuses on building trusted partnerships with clients and capital partners, structuring solutions that bring mission-critical data centers online efficiently while helping PointOne deliver scaled, reliable infrastructure. Outside the office, Shahin enjoys watching UFC, and traveling, having lived in 4 countries and visited over 30.

Steve Russell
Director of Development
Steve Russell brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, mixed-use redevelopment, and large-scale data center projects to his role as Director of Development at PointOne Data Centers. He began his career with Larsen Baker, gaining hands-on experience across multiple property types. He then joined Blackstone BREIT, where he oversaw development and construction in western U.S. markets, including Dallas, Austin, Scottsdale, and Pasadena. At Brookfield Properties, Steve transformed traditional malls into vibrant mixed-use destinations, and at CIRE Equity, he built and led the creation of the Development and Construction department, introducing best practices to support growth. Before joining PointOne, he led pre-construction for Amazon Web Services’ 2.2 GWc South Bend campus—a ~900-acre, 33-building facility designed for machine learning. At PointOne, Steve applies this expertise to deliver strategically located, future-ready data center developments from concept through completion.
